You go to their website, give them your contact info, select what alerts you want, and that's that. You don't need to install an app, or even open an existing one – any relevant notifications pop up as a regular message. It's hands-down the best way IMO, since you're proactively notified of any issues rather than potentially missing something by forgetting to check the TwitFaceInstaTok.
