we're on the right of Ukraine to defend itself against an unprovoked attack upon it's sovereign territory by a tyrant nation and we have the right to provide the necessary tools so they can defeat this fascism.

What you fail to grasp is that Russia has no interest in a peaceful settlement unless it's on their terms, they've proven that over and over again with their attacks upon innocent civilians and infrastructure.
