ECOWAS proposed an intervention, the AU started taking it up to the UN, and I think the P5 committed to approving a Chapter Seven action upon receipt of a good-looking AU plan.

Is sort of nice to see one of those happen in about the most multilateral way possible, and by and large for the right reasons.
