12. She already is and...

Has been such for quite some time. She's been forming much of our Democratic House coalition for much of the past few admins. She mentors nearly all if not all when they enter the House. She's the MOM and nobody challenges her about it for any length of time beyond a month or two.

She's the GOAT and magats are scared of her.
