What he did does not fit the description of a whistleblower. Shapley is claiming that DOJ didn't do a proper investigation of Hunter Biden. A whistleblower exposes corruption where he works.

Stop calling this guy a whistleblower, he is a lying Magat, and stop calling a fence a wall. 😊
