Just acknowledging the problem. Like I said, I have no idea how to remedy this. I'm hoping there are some bright minds out there trying to find some new strategies. Biden had a good idea; having immigrants apply from afar and that those who just came without applying for refugee status would go to the back of the line. If I recall correctly, that was having an effect but was struck down by the courts.
