35. What a deluded country we are...

… where we’re supposed to believe that a judge can preside over a case that would put the man who appointed her potentially in prison.

What honest country would do this? What country seeking true justice would do this?

What unearned, ridiculous faith we have in our democracy as its failures just sit there, laughing in our stupid faces.
