In Colorado, one company, ONE COMPANY, has been awarded $90 million.

One.

Company.

$90

Million.

Dollar.

This could fund the entire Workforce Development system in Colorado for three years.

AND ALL THIS MONEY WENT TO ONE COMPANY.

There is something REALLY wrong with that.
