(8,632 posts)about the whole election process towards the end of challenging the vote at any and every level. Thus any election they lose was by definition rigged against them. It also presents opportunity for GOP governors and state legislatures to intervene in the same ways many of them implemented post Jan. 6th.
It is effectively secession from federal rule of law. It empowers mob rule and subverts the Constitutional order.
At its heart it is sedition plain and simple. They are saying the quiet part out loud again, and the DOJ Civil Rights Division should pay attention.
