One of their biggest mistakes, imo, is not giving women nearly enough credit for being capable of making our own decisions. They think women are so stupid that we don't understand what pregnancy even is, and when we see a blurry ultrasound of a fetus, we'll immediately change our minds about getting an abortion.

In reality, I believe the vast majority of women who choose to terminate a pregnancy know perfectly well what they are doing and why. Laws like the ones in AZ are condescending and infantilizing, and they insult the intelligence of all women, not just the ones who are personally subjected to this crap.
