(except for "privileged motions", which have a time limit for consideration and MTG didn't file the motion to vacate as
"privileged" ), then Dems could force him to bring the Senate's Ukraine bill to the floor FIRST, otherwise they will vote to not table/kill MTG's resolution if that went first instead.
