and he has been clear that all the stocks are in various trust funds that benefit either Kerry or Teresa. Neither he or Teresa have any control over what the holdings are and neither are trustees . The trusts have many beneficiaries. Kerry's are the Forbes and the Winthrop trusts that he and his siblings inherited from their mother. teresa's are inherited from Senator Heinz.

His office has had to answer this question often.
