Takes a lot of technology and skill to track a single vehicle and be sure of who is in it, and destroy it.

Three vehicles in different locations, taken out with pinpoint accuracy, all at the same time.

Not accidental.
But if you believe it was a triple accident, you will also believe US military hardware wasn't involved.
