marked for sale. I have seen this and they are not subtle. It would be hard to claim you decided to sell 20 guns of your "collection" every month.

It is debatable how many guns one has to sell to be a dealer, since neither wording defines that, however that repetitive sales (and purchases to keep up stock) are prima facie evidence of dealing firearms.
