The outfit I work for doesn‘t have a „stock price“ and has two co-CEOs, one a Republican and one a Democrat. But the prevailing attitude is generally the same. Years ago, one mid-to-high level employee joined the God Squad, and suddenly felt he needed to dedicate half of his workday converting other employees to his version of Chistianity.

He was fired, although in recognition of many years with us, and because he had a family, they kept him on the books for half a year until he found another job, so he wouldn‘t lose his health insurance.
