it was just by highly unusual CHANCE that this time the three judge panel was comprised of two Democrats and one (dissenting of course) Repugnican.

Though it remains to be seen if Paxton is finally held responsible for... well.. ANYTHING. And while they're at it, maybe get around to the 17 AG's and 126 House Republicans who also signed onto this act of insurrection.
