This jerk was told repeatedly by his supervisors, according to the news stories, to stop accessing classified material. Each and every time he accessed those materials AFTER being ordered not to do so can be charged as a separate military crime.

I have no doubt this clown will be convicted at a court-martial and possibly sent to a military prison.
