"Government officials cannot attempt to coerce private parties in order to punish or suppress views that the government disfavors"
Why wouldn't this ruling apply to the Texas State law that says - If you want to sell widgets or really any item or service to the state of Texas, you first have to formally pledge that you won't boycott Israel and that you won't "discriminate against" firearm companies.
