29. Please explain how can he win overwhelmingly before the election?

Biden has told everyone he will not step down. What part of that don’t people get?
I see Jerry Nadler from NY not backing the Pres.
If these people feel they can not win their race they need to put on sneakers and GOTV for themselves and stop infighting.
