It's from the WaPo, who is scared of Biden.
And take note of these types of articles, concern trolls, etc., appearing today - it's because the GOP knows they are in deep trouble with Trump as their candidate, so they attack Biden. Note how these articles never mention Biden's track record, or anything about felon Trump who should not even be running for office in the first place?
