Read this part carefully:

after Congress passed a law banning Russians linked to serious human rights abuses from entering America.

This is a good thing, folks. Why are the Russians so upset? And in fact, I believe they have every right to ban human rights abusers from their country as well, including from our own.

Again, what's the problem here?
