The rights to privacy, bodily autonomy and to the freedom to make decisions about family and health issues don't depend on whether the legislature, courts and governor in any particular state happen to want to abridge those fundamental rights, or happen to respect them in another. It's unconstitutional for individual states to abridge the rights of the people.

We need to heal our courts with term limits and a couple of impeachments.
