I actually couldn't get the story from the OP link. Yahoo has rewritten this to focus on Kamala Harris' comments concerning the unfortunate woman's death in Georgia.
This IS an important story, and I've found that Yahoo links are sometimes flaky. It's better to click through to the original source for the story whenever possible.
