He HATES the idea of homosexuality.
Homosexual sodomy? Come on. For 200 years, it was criminal in every state.

He had all sorts of opinions in Lawrence vs. Texas. None of them helpful.

I look forward to Scalia, Roberts, Alito and Thomas ruling on behalf of the states in the DOMA case.

My gut tells me that Prop 8 will be struck down but that the ruling will be tailored

I agree. I also think that there is a good chance that DOMA will be struck down in the other case.

yup, once you realize that gay people are people too I found it harder to hate them
