These clowns are buffoons who have the cognitive abilities of a 4 y.o. They have no idea how to safeguard anything, let alone national security secrets. Heck, I don't know why the Chinese are going through the expense, this way. Just offer TSF or his minion some money. They'll gladly sell national security secrets to the highest bidder!
