So, likewise, if such cities are defunded the citizens of those cities need not pay taxes, right?
These folks are truly delusional. Neither states, nor cities have any obligation to enforce immigration law. This is in the constitution.
Sanctuary cities will have to waste a lot of money on court cases unfortunately because of constitutionally ignorant folks like Ms Green.

My employer did not send my tax deduction every week directly to the state so they could submit it to the IRS
