The eleven fifteen vacancies can be summarized as follows:

SIX EIGHT REPUBLICAN VACANCIES:
1 Expelled (Santos)
1 3 job-related (Johnson, Waltz, Gaetz, Stefanik*)
4 non-job related (McCarthy, Buck, Gallagher, Stewart)

*will resign Jan. 20, 2025


FIVE SIX DEMOCRATIC VACANCIES:
3 4 deaths (Payne, Lee, McEachin, Pascrell)
2 job-related (Cicilline, Higgins)
