The USSS provides security teams for world leaders when they are on US soil, cocooning the foreign leader's own bodyguards. The State Dept issues visas for those personnel and her aircraft gets extra careful treatment and security at MIA. Local police are paid overtime to lead her motorcade from the airport to Mar-a-Lago. Then we reverse the order when she departs.
All this, just to see a man who is not president yet?
