...to form direct trade connections. Invite the world press and Central, South American countries. Announce they are bypassing the USA and it's idiot President. Further, the response is not tariffs, but rather total closure of all US products. That the US can buy their products with taxes, but they will not buy US products and instead trade among themselves.
