But there are some Fortune 25s that haven't caved, last time I checked, and I hope it stays that way. One large company I'm very familiar with hasn't always called their inclusion efforts DEI, but it's been in their DNA since the late 90s. They walk the talk. If they were to abandon it, that'd be absolutely shocking.

A few weeks ago, I got a notice that one of my senior leaders would be personally leading a DEI book club session in a few weeks, and not gonna lie, I fucking burst into tears at my desk. I work remotely, so nobody saw, but I'm not sure I would've cared if I'd been in the office.
