the first paragraph that "ordains and establishes our Constitution for the United States of America."

Of course it is natural for this fearful man to think the solution to stopping gun violence is to proliferate more guns on this already gun crazy society. Until our elected leaders start to do the right thing, unfortunately, we will see more tragedies like this one. And lets not forget the economic struggles that faces too many of our citizens will continue to be, also, a factor that drives people into dark places.
