8. Why hasn't this lawsuit been dismissed? Where's the "harm" that Trump

supposedly suffered? He's in the WH and the 60 Minutes interview didn't keep him out. And CBS exercised conventional editing. It didn't show all the footage shot. For example, if Kamala Harris sneezed while answering, it wouldn't necessarily have been broadcast.
