(10,082 posts)53. I disagree. If that were the case, I think he would have voted NO on more nominees than he has.
He has good reasons for voting no on those he has. His vote may have been different if her were running again, but I think being effectively a lame duck has allowed him to vote his conscience which he has. If only a few others would do the same.
