An alien in our country is not a criminal. Their illegal status is civil. After they have been rounded up, things change. Reentry or escape turn it into a criminal charge. This is yet another ruse to change illegal status into criminal status. The end goal here is to kick down and show how racist they are without actually showing how racist they are.
