That is no longer legitimate law enforcement. We are watching A French Village a dramatic series set in occupied France during WWII. The French police were "under increasing pressure" by the Nazis to deliver Jews and "terrorists." Just about anyone could be grabbed on the pretext of being labeled a "terrorist."
