They aren't being deported, but are being questioned and detained. Imagine missing a day of work over this? You're going to a meeting and the scoop you up? Then, you are put in a jail holding cell and it's gross etc. You can also be injured if you are manhandled by agents. It's also traumatic.

Yeah, they aren't being deported, but that are being harassed.
