They're using the destroyed note to bolster their claim that the shooter was a radical-left democrat.
And, they'll keep "finding" evidence to supports that view.
It's an old form of investigation, one in which the evidence is tailored to support the predetermined conclusion.

The FBI is now a fully functioning propaganda arm of the Trump administration.
