Maryland joins multistate coalition to buck Trump administration vaccine policies
ETA - and thanks to MD's article, I saw that Delaware did finally join too and found this - Delaware Joins Northeastern States in Regional Public Health Coalition and further checking, VT has also joined (although NH has still not joined) - Health officials from 10 Northeast states officially band together. New Hampshire remains out.
