36. The Congresspeople should be recallable - ALL of them.

Republicans should be extremely endangered, and efforts should be made to either 1) Quit the party and caucus on the Democratic side, or 2) Form a splinter group and caucus for NOBODY. Either way, the Democrats would have the majority.
