and anyone who has ever dealt with companies/agencies/corporations in a union setting knows that. He says, "the whole purpose of ending the contract is to make your lives better". They formed a union and bargained a contract to do that. No union, anywhere, at any time, has ever/would ever, not strive to make the working lives of its members better. Off to court with this one.
