5. Heart tests - his is failing!

He's taking medicine for heart failure, his ankles are awful, he has to get intravenous meds daily (more?), can barely speak, can't walk a straight line, is confused and out of it. It must be really bad behind the scenes that he can't be treated at the WH and has to go to the hospital.

He's in awful shape, just needs to fall over in public, writhe in agony and die!!!
