The boyfriend went directly to Commissioner Kelly. Only then did she decide to press charges. It stinks to high heaven. One can only hope that she is disbarred by the state of New York if it comes out that she's filed a false accusation to cover up her cheating. There is very little hope she would ever be prosecuted for the malicious act.
