We need a measure for these kinds of stories called the RVW Factor. It is the score from 1-100 on how confused you would be if you Rip Van Winkled (RVW) 25 years ago and woke up to whatever Trump story you're reading. The RVW Factor for this story has to be mid-80s and above.
