They should have all been incarcerated before the appeal even got started.

I say again, if you or I had been charged with that level of contempt (blatantly and publicly defying the judge's ruling) we would have been waving to the press from the back of a patrol car. They get to walk away and give interviews.

Either the law applies to everyone or it apples to no one.
