a trailer park!

These problems come down to the extreme concentration of wealth. They are gonna keep buying anything and everything they can, and they already own almost everything. That's why they're now buying all the single family homes and trailer parks. They used to have to be selective and chose the best places to invest. Now they want everything, and they can afford it.
