(351 posts)Poland is aligned with Germany, UK, France, Sweden, Finland. Austria's new government is a centrist coalition excluding the far-right FPÖ, formed by the center-right People's Party (ÖVP), Social Democrats (SPÖ), and liberal Neos. The far-right Freedom Party (FPÖ) won the election but failed to form a government and the opposing parties formed a coalition. Japan will not side with China or vice versa. China and India cooperate economically only as much as needed to pursue their needs but there is a history of deep mistrust and occasional conflict. Whoever dreamed up the Core 5 countries is looking for countries having highly homogeneous societies and probably believe they will install fascist governments in those countries. They're obviously delusional.
