Just don't show up (like the summons to Repugs from 2017-2024). See what they do.

Whatever it is the Repugs do should be precedent for what Dems do once they win back the chamber. And there will be throngs of Repugs on the hook for the Epstein mess, bet your bottom dollar on it.
