an incident that continues to be recognized by the survivors, their families, friends, and interested parties.

Similarly for Ulvade, Parkland, and even here in PA, the upcoming 10th anniversary of the Nickle Mines shooting, where 10 Amish girls were shot (5 died). They eventually tore down the school building and built a new one.
