Perhaps 9-0 by the Supreme Court. I don't think it's solely for the military. Of course the military would be allowed to have guns. There's no need to put it in the constitution if it were purely intended for them. Additionally, you omitted that other section, "the right of the people shall not be infringed." It doesn't say "the right of the military/militia."
