manage to assemble so many people who make it their mission to enable their depravities. A “Desperate time” because Epstein is “running out of girls”?

What, exactly, would happen if there was no girl available when he wanted one? Maybe if Epstein had to do his own dirty work he would have been caught and brought to justice much earlier.
